RA POLICY Transport Reform Chapter Workshop (Brisbane)
28/04/2017 12:00 to 28/04/2017 15:00
Venue: Clayton Utz, Riparian Plaza
RA's newly formed Transport Reform Policy Chapter hosted its first Brisbane event for 2017 around the theme of transitioning to an automated future.
With expert speakers from government, industry and stakeholder groups, we unravelled the key challenges we face as we move towards a world of connected and automated vehicles, including:
- the view from a transport user's perspective
- liability issues around CAVs
- innovative infrastructure and the role of private enterprise
We also asked key stakeholders from local government, the private and financial sectors to talk about the scenarios they're preparing for, and what we can learn.
