We are delighted to welcome for the first time to the RA table Rachel Wheeler, A/Deputy Secretary of Customer Strategy and Technology, for an update on the work Transport for NSW is undertaking to prepare the way for new customer-centric mobility solutions.
Rachel will be joined on stage by two of her TfNSW colleagues - Evan Walker, Director Smart Innovation Centre, Customer Strategy and Technology, and Tom Grosskopf, Head of Sydney Planning, Greater Sydney Division at RMS - for a high-powered, interactive Q&A.
This paid event will be preceded by a free policy workshop to launch RA's Report from the 2019 Study Visit to North America. As these two events are stand-alone, you will need to register separately if you wish to attend the morning workshop.

Rachel Wheeler, Acting Deputy Secretary, Customer Strategy and Technology - Transport for NSW
Rachel leads the customer strategy and technology division, developing long-term, multi-modal strategies, plans and policies for the Transport Cluster.
She is responsible for leveraging data and insights, implementing new technologies and driving innovation and partnerships to provide improved, integrated customer-centred solutions. Rachel also manages the Cluster’s reputation, government relations, communications and drive meaningful engagement with our stakeholders, customers and the community.

Bookings are to be confirmed and paid in full 48 hours prior to the event. Bookings received 48 hours prior to the event cannot be guaranteed unless a confirmation has been received by the Events Director. Cancellations should be notified in writing by email. Cancellations received prior to one week before the event will receive a full refund less 25%. No refund will be applicable for cancellations received after one week prior to the event although substitute delegates are welcomed.
