The Roads Australia Fellowship Program was established by our Board to inspire professional success in the next generation of industry leaders, and to assist them in developing leadership skills and networks.
This year's Annual Fellows Dinner will welcome the 2020 intake and mark the completion of the 2019 Program. It is open to all Fellows, past and present. We strongly encourage Alumni to attend to reconnect and share experiences from the Program.
We welcome guest speaker Jayne Whitney who will unleash the secret to Strategy in Leadership and share her experiences.

Jayne Whitney, Chief Strategy Officer, John Holland
Jayne Whitney is the Chief Strategy Officer at John Holland, responsible for business strategy, sustainability, ICT and the centralised technology and engineering capability ‘TEK’.
Jayne has driven the strategic growth, organisational development and sustainability across some of Australia’s leading engineering firms, including AGL, Tenix, UGL and John Holland. She is experienced in business ‘turnarounds’, resetting strategy, mergers & acquisitions and organisational culture. Most recently at John Holland, Jayne has been responsible for shaping the business strategy to 2025, supporting John Holland’s continued growth across new industries, geographies and capabilities.
Jayne is a champion of gender diversity, and recently joined the Steering Committee of Women’s Infrastructure Network (WIN). WIN is dedicated to bringing gender equity in both how we design and develop infrastructure, as well as in the companies that deliver the infrastructure.
For the last 7 years Jayne was also a Director and the Deputy Chairman of ISCA (Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia) and is proud to be associated with the first Infrastructure Sustainability Rating tool developed to drive more sustainable thinking into how we plan, design, build, operate and decommission our major infrastructure.
BOOKING POLICY AND CONDITIONS
Bookings are to be confirmed and paid in full 48 hours prior to the event. Bookings received 48 hours prior to the event cannot be guaranteed unless a confirmation has been received by the Events Director. Cancellations should be notified in writing by email. Cancellations received prior to one week before the event will receive a full refund less 25%. No refund will be applicable for cancellations received after one week prior to the event although substitute delegates are welcomed.
Please note: Anyone registering for and/or attending an RA event does so on the condition and understanding that his or her name, company/organisation and title will be provided to other attendees. Registration and/or attendance also implies consent to be photographed at the event, and for those photographs to be used in various media for the purposes of promotion and publicity.
