Starting as a graduate with VicRoads in 1995, Andrew has accumulated over 20 years of infrastructure project management experience, successfully delivering a number of key projects like the Springvale Level Crossing Removal Project, the Albury Wodonga Bypass and the Nagambie Bypass. As Executive Director, Major Projects at VicRoads, Andrew oversaw a number of high-profile projects including, the Monash Freeway Upgrade, Thompsons Road Upgrade and the Chandler Highway Upgrade. This also included the Victorian first, availability style Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement for the $1.8b Suburban Roads Upgrade project.
After serving as Director, Development and Performance at Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) where he worked at the front end of the project lifecycle including establishing projects, seeking funding and liaising with key government stakeholders to prepare projects for delivery, Andrew now brings that extensive knowledge to his new role as Director, Business Strategy, where he focusses on supporting and coordinating our various interfacing stakeholders.

Cancellations should be notified in writing by email. Cancellations received prior to one week before the event will receive a full refund less 25%. No refund will be applicable for cancellations received after one week prior to the event although substitute delegates are welcomed
