Andrew Williams, Director, Business Strategy - Major Road Projects Victoria

Starting as a graduate with VicRoads in 1995, Andrew has accumulated over 20 years of infrastructure project management experience, successfully delivering a number of key projects like the Springvale Level Crossing Removal Project, the Albury Wodonga Bypass and the Nagambie Bypass. As Executive Director, Major Projects at VicRoads, Andrew oversaw a number of high-profile projects including, the Monash Freeway Upgrade, Thompsons Road Upgrade and the Chandler Highway Upgrade.
