Kate O'Sullivan | Deputy Secretary Infrastructure Division | Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance
The Infrastructure Division's primary focus is providing assurance advice on infrastructure projects throughout all phases of development and implementation. Kate leads the DTF team advising on the capital budget process. The Division produces whole of government policy frameworks and guidance relating to infrastructure, data analysis and insights and conducts strategic research relevant to the sector.
Kate has 25 years’ experience in public policy and infrastructure procurement and contracting at both Commonwealth and State Government levels. This includes the Commonwealth Department of Finance and Administration and the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance.
Kate represents DTF on a number of boards including HealthShare Victoria and Marinus Link Pty Ltd.

Refund policy
Cancellations should be notified in writing by email. Cancellations received prior to one week before the event will receive a full refund less 25%. No refund will be applicable for cancellations received after one week prior to the event although substitute delegates are welcomed
