RA's Emerging Leaders Program supports and assists our industry's next generation of leaders by providing them with unique networking and learning opportunities as they build their careers.
Hear from one of our members who participated in the RA Fellowship program regarding their career development and skills to advance them to a senior level within the transport and infrastructure sector. 

This is an informal event with no assigned seating to provide an opportunity for the next generation of our industry's leaders to network.

Ana Glavinic - 2019 Fellow 
Director, Planning and Technical Services, Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT)

Dr Ana Glavinic is the Director, Planning and Technical Services within the Department Infrastructure and Transport (DIT), encompassing Engineering and Environment and Sustainability disciplines. She is directly responsible for the provision of project planning, standards, technical requirements and master specifications resulting in whole of life functional and sustainable outcomes across DIT. Ana’s advancement through DIT is marked by leadership roles in Infrastructure Delivery Services for Major Projects, Technical Manager role in Asset Management and now a Director role in Transport Strategy and Planning, enabling her to identify synergies across divisions and develop a strategic view of DIT’s operations. Ana is a strong evidence based decision maker with professional achievements demonstrated by a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Marine Biology Phylogeny and Systematics from Flinders University, an Honours degree from Adelaide University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Flinders University.

The RA Emerging Leaders target audience is those under 35 or with 0-10 years of industry experience.

Refund policy

Cancellations should be notified in writing by email. Cancellations received prior to one week before the event will receive a full refund less 25%. No refund will be applicable for cancellations received after one week prior to the event although substitute delegates are welcomed
