New ITLS course on complex infrastructure projects

The Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies (ITLS) at the University of Sydney is offering a new Infrastructure Short Course which looks to highlight the management skills required to deliver complex infrastructure projects in a challenging environment.

Over three days in mid-October, participants will have the opportunity to learn the key tasks involved in selecting and prioritising projects, developing a business case up to an investment decision as well as managing infrastructure projects post-financial close and delivering an operating project. 

The new course has been designed by Adjunct Professor Martin Locke who is an infrastructure finance specialist with more than 25 years’ experience in the transport, health and education sectors.
