David is the Director, Australia / Client Director Transport ANZ with WSP. Prior to joining WSP David was Director of Licensing, Registration and Freight with the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority, as well as a Director of ARRB Group, Transport Certification Australia and the former Tow Truck Authority of NSW.
David has held senior executive roles for the past 14 years and has over 30 years’ experience in infrastructure, regulation, traffic and transport. He holds bachelor and master degrees in Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, FIEA and MAICD.
David has also represented Roads Australia on the Board of the International Road Federation Geneva, the global industry body for the roads sector. As IRF Geneva Vice-Chairman, he has been instrumental in evolving RA’s partnership model with governments and expanding IRF’s horizons globally.
