Sheryll Ann Duguran is a highly experienced Principal Civil Engineer with over two decades of expertise in delivering large-scale transport infrastructure projects across Australia and internationally. She has a talent for optimising processes and systems to ensure the successful delivery of complex infrastructure from concept to construction. Her leadership on major projects, including delivery of multiple projects for Level Crossing Removal Projects and Major Roads Project Victoria, showcases her ability to manage multidisciplinary teams while maintaining design integrity and exceeding client expectations.
Recently selected for the prestigious Roads Australia Fellowship Program, Sheryll Ann is eager to use this opportunity to strengthen her leadership abilities and broaden her expertise in the transport infrastructure sector. This program will provide valuable mentorship and networking opportunities, positioning her to take on senior leadership roles in WGA.
Sheryll Ann is also passionate about giving back to the engineering community. As the Deputy Chair of Engineers Australia’s Overseas Qualified Committee in Victoria for 2024, she is committed to helping overseas-qualified engineers successfully integrate into the Australian workforce.
