Round 3 of NSW EV fleets incentive opens

The NSW Government offers incentives to organisations to help accelerate transitioning their vehicle fleets to EVs and reduce emissions.

The incentive will support the purchase of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) or fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs), with additional funds available for smart base charging.

An average NSW fleet driver who has made the electric switch, is likely to save around $3,100 in running costs per year just by transitioning to an EV.

This will help organisations to bridge the cost of transitioning their fleet’s passenger, light commercial or sports utility vehicles to BEVs or FCEVs through a reverse auction process.

Round 3 of the incentive is now open for applications, with up to $15 million in funding available.
