Booking and Refund Policy

Bookings submitted less than 48 hours before a Roads Australia event cannot be guaranteed unless you receive a confirmation from Roads Australia. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the date of an event will receive a full refund less 25%. No refunds will be made for cancellations received within seven days of the date of an event, since commitments will have been made to event venues. However substitute delegates are welcome and we would appreciate receiving details so that name badges can be prepared.
