We’ll explore how to use collaboration and partnerships to drive better economic and wellbeing outcomes from infrastructure delivery and maintenance.

Following some presentations the will provide both the Australian and New Zealand perspectives, there will be opportunity for participants to further discuss issues with one another in a roundtable setting.

We’ll examine how the use of data and new technology can improve stewardship and optimisation of our transport assets.

After looking at some examples of where this is already occurring in industry, we’ll then move into a panel discussion with Q&A.

This session will examine perspectives from both sides of the Tasman around how we can keep our people safe.

We’ll look at how technological innovation and regulatory change are driving improvements to road worker safety and discuss how industry can work collaboratively to overcome barriers to further improvement.

We’ll look at measures being pursued in both Australia and New Zealand to enhance sustainability outcomes in our industry.

The conversation will explore the approaches to emissions reduction both countries have taken over recent years, how industry is working to embrace opportunities offered by the circular economy, and further work that needs to be done to ensure standards facilitate the use of recycled materials in transport infrastructure.
