What RA is doing 

  • A statement is made on RA’s commitment to gender equality at the beginning of all events, which includes gender attendance.

  • Increase engagement with Indigenous industry participants.  

 What RA is doing

  • RA has begun the process of developing a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). 
  • Sponsoring an Indigenous person in the RA Fellowship Program.

  • Provide mentoring opportunities.

  • Delivering the RA Fellowship Program. 
  • Emerging Leader Program, with accompanying event schedule. 
  • Emerging Leader PPP Award presented annually. 
  • Two Emerging Leaders members of the RA D&I committee. 
  • Emerging Leaders’ Report was released in 2023 for the first time. 

Diversity and Inclusion Committee

The RA Diversity and Inclusion Committee aims to support our industry to be high performing, responsible and inclusive, with a culture of contribution. The committee’s focus objectives are engaging and retaining women, supporting Indigenous engagement, maximising social value and fostering young talent.
