RA's Emerging Leaders Program supports and assists our industry's next generation of leaders by providing them with unique networking and learning opportunities as they build their careers.
In line with RA’s objective to foster young talent in our industry and the committee’s desire to further engage with the fellowship alumni, in 2024, we are planning to hold a group mentoring session that provides the opportunity for past fellows to facilitate group mentoring sessions with RA’s emerging leaders (0-10 year) cohort.
The sessions will provide the emerging leaders with an opportunity to ask questions, get to know the fellows, broaden their network and start to understand the benefits that a mentor / mentee relationship can have.

The RA Emerging Leaders target audience is those under 35 or with 0-10 years of industry experience.
Emerging Leaders must work for a company that is an RA member

Refund policy
Cancellations should be notified in writing by email. Cancellations received prior to one week before the event will receive a full refund less 25%. No refund will be applicable for cancellations received after one week prior to the event although substitute delegates are welcomed
