Creating a culture of diversity in Australia's transport industry - break the bias

Join RA for an Industry Lunch celebrating International Women's Day and exploring how we can enhance gender diversity within our industry. We will be joined by the Hon. Jacinta Allan MP, Minister for Transport Infrastructure and Minister for Suburban Rail Loop, who will highlight how Victoria’s major transport infrastructure projects are creating career opportunities for women and improving the long-term sustainability of our industry’s workforce.

The event will also incorporate a panel discussion featuring senior leaders from our industry who will set out successful strategies for overcoming gender bias - and consider the next steps our industry needs to take to accelerate the pace of change.
