Join Jane Magree for a conversation on building a career that makes an impact that matters – to you, to your business and the community.

Jane Magree helps create high performing organisations in the construction industry though leadership and culture change. A former Deloitte Partner, Jane is an independent advisor to MTIA through her company Jane Magree & Associates.  Her work with Level Crossing Removal Project portfolio of alliances has improved safety culture and contributed to delivery efficiency through building collaboration and learning culture. Currently Jane is currently leading MTIA-wide capability uplift of psychosocial risk management.  Jane has been associated with Roads Australia since 2020 and developed and supported delivery of the Fellows Project for 2021 on work redesign to reduce the impact of work demand on people.

OUR SPEAKER - JANE MAGREE

Jane Magree has 20 + years experience improving business performance and transforming organisational culture. Jane is a former Deloitte Risk Advisory Partner, founder and director of her own management consultancy and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  

Jane works with executive leaders designing innovative strategies and award winning leadership and culture programs with reach and impact across industry. She has worked extensively with road and rail infrastructure projects for both private and public sector clients including John Holland, Lend Lease and Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA).

 Jane is an independent advisor to MTIA through her company Jane Magree & Associates. Her work with Level Crossing Removal Project portfolio of alliances has improved safety culture and contributed to delivery efficiency through building collaboration and learning culture.  Currently Jane is leading MTIA-wide capability uplift of psychosocial risk management.

EVENT DETAILS 

The multi-state events are open and free to all Fellows, Fellows alumni and Mentors.  They are an avenue for everyone to come together to network and a unique opportunity to learn from and engage with senior leaders of the industry. 

Fellows outside of NSW are encouraged to get together in their home states and dial into the event as a group.

Refund policy

Cancellations should be notified in writing by email. Cancellations received prior to one week before the event will receive a full refund less 25%. No refund will be applicable for cancellations received after one week prior to the event although substitute delegates are welcomed
