Marko is a Partner with law firm HWL Ebsworth specialising in the areas of construction and infrastructure, energy and resources, health and transport. He is one of Australia’s pre-eminent government, infrastructure and project lawyers, with nearly 30 years’ experience acting for both the public and private sectors across the full spectrum of infrastructure sectors. His focus is on collaborative approaches to project delivery models and risk allocation.
In addition to his Board role at Roads Australia, Marko sits on the boards of the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia and the Australasian BIM Advisory Board.
