Moreen is a Chartered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in major road and rail infrastructure projects. She has expertise across the project lifecycle, from design to delivery, focusing on civil, structures, and intelligent transport systems with a strong background in engineering and construction management.
She has recently completed her Executive MBA and is working as an Associate Director with Infrastructure Advisory Group providing strategic and technical support on Major Infrastructure projects.
