We’re proudly celebrating 10 years of the Roads Australia Fellowship Program.
What started in 2014 with an initial intake of 19 Fellows has grown into the transport sector’s most prestigious leadership program, with an Alumni Network of more than 360 transport leaders
◽ Over the past decade, 165 senior leaders have volunteered their time as mentors in the Fellowship program.
◽ Six of our Alumni are now doing their part to cultivate the next generation of leaders – now serving as mentors to our 2025 Fellows.
◽ Today we proudly have gender parity across the Fellowship and the Future Leaders Committee, which oversees the program.
◽ In 2025 we had a record number of Fellows from South Australia and Western Australia, where the Alumni Network is growing every year.
