What RA is doing
- A statement is made on RA’s commitment to gender equality at the beginning of all events, which includes gender attendance.

- RA has begun the process of developing a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
- Sponsoring an Indigenous person in the RA Fellowship Program.

- Provide mentoring opportunities.

- Delivering the RA Fellowship Program.
- Emerging Leader Program, with accompanying event schedule.
- Emerging Leader PPP Award presented annually.
- Two Emerging Leaders members of the RA D&I committee.
- Emerging Leaders’ Report was released in 2023 for the first time.
