FUTURE LEADERS' FORUM - please note; if purchasing multiple tickets to the Future Leaders' Forum, you may not be seated at the same table as your colleagues. The purpose of this event is to have collaborative discussion with people outside of your workspace.

Time: 1:00–4:30pm (North Wharf | Doltone House - Darling Island)

We will commence the day with the Future Leaders' Forum. This is open to all future leaders of the industry. The forum is a unique opportunity for the next generation of leaders to come together and take part in an interactive workshop which will help to shape RA's policy goals and priorities.

This workshop is about enabling the next generation of transport leaders to thrive in the workforce. RA values the voice of young people and is seeking their insights on how we unlock the potential in people. As such, we want our attendees to consider: How must the sector change to support our future leaders? What would you want your leaders to hear? Focussing on 4 topics:

  • Culture - How do we create a supportive, high-performing culture in the transport and infrastructure sector?
  • Diversity - How do we create an inclusive, diverse and sustainable workforce?
  • Skills - How do we develop the skills we need to deliver our future transport infrastructure?
  • Innovation - How do we cultivate innovation in our workplaces?
