Gretta is an experienced and well-regarded Design/Engineering Manager for JHG, with over 14 years in the industry work on major road and rail infrastructure projects.
With a strong background in project delivery, Gretta has contributed to the successful delivery numerous projects and collaborated with various teams to deliver high-quality results.
She takes pride in the lasting legacy that is handed back to the local communities she works amongst, with projects such as the Preston Level Crossing Removal project, and the Metro Tunnel’s Rail Infrastructure Alliance as examples.
She is known for her excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and her approach to collaborating effectively across design teams, delivery teams and project stakeholders.
Gretta is currently working in pre-contracts working on Road and Rail infrastructure tenders, looking to a successful award and transitioning back into Design Management in project delivery.
