Our Speaker: Martin Donaldson - Head of Regional Delivery, Transport for NSW
As Head of Regional Project Delivery, Martin leads the branch of Infrastructure and Place responsible for delivering major transport infrastructure projects across regional NSW. It is a diversified portfolio, including bridge replacements and pavement upgrades through to significant, new road connections, such as Coffs Harbour Bypass and the M1 to Raymond Terrace Extension.
Martin has a collaborative leadership style, empowering his teams to take ownership of their projects and the recognition due for good performance, while providing hands-on support particularly for major contract challenges. A qualified lawyer and civil engineer with a strong background in contract management, Martin is experienced in developing and implementing commercial and business strategies in relation to procurement, construction, services delivery and dispute management.
Prior to joining the public service in early 2021, Martin worked in the private sector as a solicitor, project manager and independent verifier. Outside of work, Martin has had a long rugby connection (as a player, coach and administrator), values ongoing education and community service but, prioritises most of his time to his young family. While Martin resides in Sydney today, he grew up in regional NSW and greatly appreciates the opportunity his current role affords to spend time in various regional communities supporting the teams delivering TfNSW’s major projects.

Refund policy
Cancellations should be notified in writing by email. Cancellations received prior to one week before the event will receive a full refund less 25%. No refund will be applicable for cancellations received after one week prior to the event although substitute delegates are welcomed
