Emerging leaders in our industry benefited from an inspiring and moving presentation by Todd Morgan, CEO – Outside the Locker Room (OTLR) at our Emerging Leaders breakfast in Melbourne, supported by WSP in Australia.
OTLR focuses on providing critical education for mental health and other social issues, while also providing education for communities to become leaders and inclusive for everyone.
We all have a role to play in looking after each other at work. Todd provided attendees with practical advice on how to start the conversation with friends and colleagues to make sure they’re ‘really OK’ – and how to build a sense of community within organisations so that people feel connected and comfortable as they go about their day-to-day roles.
