RA member COLAS has announced the establishment of a dedicated leadership team that will focus on improving its contracting business’ safety, productivity, streamlining processes and systems, and Opening The Way for better engagement, innovation, and communication.
This COLAS leadership team features Andy Ince as Chief Operating Officer, Len Dyer as Group Finance Manager, Sherone Merryfull as Human Resources Manager, and Justin Andrea as Head of Work Winning.
Each member in this leadership team is bringing valuable experience to their new roles, and we have no doubt this marks a positive milestone for the growth of COLAS in Australia.
