CEO Duncan Elliot has joined us at key stages in the project timeline to keep industry in the loop, and we're delighted to have him back for another update on this city shaping project.

Duncan Elliott, Chief Executive Officer - North East Link Project (NELP)
Duncan was appointed to the special purpose North East Link Authority in April 2017. The North East Link will finally complete the missing link in Melbourne, building the missing freeway link between the Metropolitan Ring Road at Greensborough and the Eastern Freeway.
Duncan has also worked for Victoria's State road agency, VicRoads for 18 years, with his last five as a Regional Director responsible for road construction, planning and maintenance, both in metropolitan Melbourne and south-western Victoria.
After that stint, Duncan spent five years in the private sector at RACV as General Manager – Membership.
BOOKING POLICY AND CONDITIONS
Bookings are to be confirmed and paid in full 48 hours prior to the event. Bookings received 48 hours prior to the event cannot be guaranteed unless a confirmation has been received by the Events Director. Cancellations should be notified in writing by email. Cancellations received prior to one week before the event will receive a full refund less 25%. No refund will be applicable for cancellations received after one week prior to the event although substitute delegates are welcomed.
